We ship all orders with DHL (small parcel), including tracking, from our logistics centre in Cologne, Germany.

Dispatch: Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of receipt (on business days).

Delivery time:

• Germany: 1–2 business days
• Rest of the European Union: 2–5 business days

Shipping area: We ship within the European Union.

Shipping costs: Any shipping costs are calculated and shown during checkout before you place your order.
